I struggled with that for many years. The only thing I found helped even slightly was strong mints - Altoids or something like that - but the urge to put head down and drift off for a few minutes was almost overwhelming. </p> <p>A light lunch, a walk at lunchtime in the fresh air, and scheduling a coffee-break into my day at 3pm were helpful.
