I read somewhere once that great achievement is 1% inspiration, and 99% PERspiration. </p> <p>That whole thing about being discovered, lauded and feted just for what you ARE, not what you DO, is the pull that theatre has on youngsters. Sometimes it works, usually it doesn't.</p> <p>Hey ho. Hard work is something we can control and choose to do, and when we get to our goal, we can look back and think, 'I did this from my own damn hard graft. I deserve it!'</p> Yeh.
