Oh I know the feelings. It's a bit like retirement except you don't have to go to the Job Centre!

We don't have Netfix but I'm hooked on daytime TV. Seen all the Poirot series 3 times, Diagnosis Murder 4 times and Quincey ME at least 25 times.

I just wish there more hours in the day don't you?

Very funny. Where can I get one of those time machines. I'm disturbed because I've learned that women my age have to exercise for at least 55 minutes straight at least three times per week in order to lose weight. The good news is that it's not true that our metabolisms slow down as we age. It's really that we lose muscle due to a lack of exercise so if we'd just get back in that gym and build up those muscles, we'd all be skinny. Hmm. But remember the first 30 minutes doesn't burn enough calories to let you lose fat.

All this makes me want an anti-depressant, but I'll forge ahead on my quest to be a happy camper in this fleshy shell.
