Funny how I too looked for reasons other than the obvious ageing ones.
In the past a pooch meant pregnancy and truely I had a hard time believing I was not pregnant, even after 50.
However I got to my senses very quickly, that pregnancy thought did it.
Pregancy no, just a bigger pooch for no reason yes, so be it.

A close friend of mine told me that it happened to her so abruptly, and so soon after her 50th birthday, that she insisted that her doctor do an ultrasound just to make sure she didn’t have a tumor growing in there or something.
