What a fun read! I should have read some tips before I took the plunge off the high-diving board into the bottomless sea of on-line dating, myself! So many duds – so many laughs our memories can bring back! My last “wink” turned into a comfortable relationship with a man who loves coffee, conversation, and laughter as much as I do. This June will be our 4th anniversary. So, sometimes it works….

@Laura, oh, I realized that it must have been a fake call, I just can’t believe she left without saying anything, especially after having a meal. Even without a meal, it’s extremely rude, but with a meal it’s beyond rude.

@Jill, His assumption was that the call was a fake.. a way to leave the date! I’ve had some dud dates but I have never done that.. tempted but it’s extremely rude.
