Wednesday Writer’s Workshop: Timed writing exercise

Submitted by byjane on Wednesday, 31 March 20103 Comments

So–I promised a prompt or two.  Instead, I’m just going to give you one, but it’s a doozy.  It’s a song, the first track on Christine Kane’s CD of the same name.  Listen to it. Go where it takes you.  Any part of it.  Then, if you’re so inclined, copy what you’ve written into a Comment here.  That’s what I’m going to do…

ps – the ether finally cooperated and I got the link open. Good song!

Perhaps those who want to do a timed writing session but don’t want to share their deathless prose might like simply to comment about the experience of doing the exercise.

Sorry, I did try, because I like to be communitaire. But it is not possible on my boaty connection. Your link crashed my computer — repeatedly.
