PRESIDENT OBAMA AND THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE WORLD WHO FIND THIS SITUATION UNFORGIVABLE NEED TO TELL THE WORLD THAT AND THE GREEDY OIL COMPANIES THAT THIS MUST NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, START FINING BP 15 MILLION DOLLARS AN HOUR OR MORE IF NEED BE,UNTIL THIS IS REPAIRED AND CLEANED UP, NOT COUNTING PAYING THE DAMAGES THAT WILL COME FROM ALL THIS HAS DONE AND WILL DO. WE ILL PRAY FOR THE DAMAGE TO THE PEOPLE AND THE WILDLIFE THAT WE WILL NEVER GET BACK. THIS IS NOT JUST AN AMERICAN ISSUE IT IS A WORLD ISSUE .... A WOOS HIT THEM WHERE IT HURTS!!!!!! Consider that it's not always clear who is "stupid" and who is merely deceived by the well oiled establishment that spends so much money on that alone. Way back when....did anyone in your family ever smoke, drive without seat belts before the 70's, handle mercury in science class, ride a bike or ski without a helmet, take a medicine thought to be safe, buy something on the basis of it's packaging or pitch, or how about invest in the stock market assuming the regulation and oversight was in place to protect you from greedy/crooked/criminal behavior by the largest most trusted bankers and investment firms? Hopefully you get my point. Sometimes laws are passed to almost "make up" for where Government once allowed the Corporate world to pull the wool over our eyes. There are no positives in this oil spill but we will be looking more intentionally at future attempts for offshore drilling and that I'm pleased about.
