I thought I was an enlightened modern man who trys to understand women, I’ve even read Cosmos but I’ve found myself using the It’s that time of month line when my significant other mentioned the toilet seat for the ???????? time. I can’t see why it is a big issue. I wish some woman would explain it to me. I think these small issues are brought up for control. Maybe not put a ring in the man’s nose but control nevertheless. Maybe some guy will write a book on the man’s perspective. I would love to read the book.

Oh, and while I’m at it, NEVER tell a woman in hard labor that you know exactly how she feels because you’ve been standing next to her the whole time and boy, do your feet hurt. She will CUT you. Just ask my husband.

In the context of fairness it is annoying for guys when women leave the toilet seat down. The “time of the month” words though…say them at your own peril.

I think that’s hysterical that I’m not the only woman sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired of hearing that same old saw about it “being that time of the month”!

It’s like some pre-programmed masculine knee-jerk defense mechanism that automatically shifts the blame from He to She lol

I’d love to read this, sounds like the perfect medicine (after chocolate, of course) ;D

We’re all flawed of course, just some of us more than others LOL
