This kind of unacceptable customer service infuriates me. They just don’t care and trying to deal with someone on the phone who is offshore is a lesson in futility. I like your comparisons with Tony Hsieh of Zappos. I live in Vegas and I have read and seen how he has made that company so successful. Don’t blame you for not doing business with Citibank in the future!
