Botox and fillers do that! I’m working on loving every line and enlarged pore (it’s hard) but I would rather look like me than have my face look like everyone else’s – it’s mine and it’s o.k. I’m sure yours is beautiful but much like the rest of us you won’t see it until 5 years from now when you look at your pictures from now and say WOW did I look good back then : ) So if you don’t get what you expected from your routine, I expect time will let you know that you looked pretty good —without it.

And you know, I think if your hubby gets his cataracts done, he still won’t be able to see clearly up close.

: )

I have tons of lotions and potions that I’ve used for years in hopes of “minimizing the appearance” of my “fine lines” which are now more like craters. But I still slather the lotions every morning and night. And I use a 30 SPF sunscreen daily too. Bless his heart, hubby says I look great.

My great fear is that my husband will get his cataracts done and the cat will be totally out of the bag! Ha!

Will have to check out your suggestion. Since this piece was written, the regime has changed yet again. The Eleven is still there…..

I think your husband’s comment about the built in emergency feature is so true! I am constantly thankful for my husband’s less than eagle eye. Thanks God for small favors. I’m a huge fan of Aveda’s Green Science line, I really feel like it does reduce what I want to see less of :-)
