With respect to the LA TImes, I have to admit that I do enjoy reading the Company Town blog on their website. It is interesting to get a peek into the business aspect of Hollywood rather than simply which young star is heading to rehab.

We’re definitely an industry town too. All the news here revolves around the entertainment business. The business section of the LA Times could be a real treasure trove of tidbits…if one were more than, as you say, mildly curious.

Not to sound too jaded, but I’ve lived here for 30 years! I had my day in the industry, for sure, but since we’re an industry-town, we are always on overload. I hadn’t thought about Randi in a while and am mildly curious about what her position on social media is. But not enough to read her book or check out the community.
