Playing with iPhone Photo Apps

If  you can remember–I sorta do–I used to love taking photos.  Why did I stop?  For one, my camera is sooo ollllld and infirm that it’s no longer fun.  And I guess my creative wherewithal was going toward MidLifeBloggers.  Or maybe I just developed a squint in my viewfinder eye.  Whatever, I’m lovvvvving playing with the iPhone photo apps that I’ve gotten.  Here was what I did last night:

This is the view outside my back door at dusk.

The second is the same shot taken with the Polaroid app.

The third is taken with the Hipstamatic app.

With the last two, I didn’t do anything but point and shoot. No fancy lens, no effects at all.

If you want to play this game, send me your jpegs–jane(at)midlifebloggers.com– and I’ll post them here in MidLifeBloggers Visual Arts gallery.

Hi Jane, For some reason your posts are not updating in my sidebar. Your last post reads 5 weeks ago so I was checking in on you. Glad all’s well and I’ll try to figure out why Midlife Bloggers isn’t updating on my blog.

Love the photo apps. I’m getting an iPhone next week and will figure out how to do this too!

    Your pics are great.
