Why I will never again visit…I am still on the line, waiting after almost an hour, for one of their (too few, obviously) service reps to pick up so I can CANCEL my freakin’ telephone service. They have an inane, tinkly, very short loop playing over and over and over and over and over. As God is my witness, I’ll NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO MCI AGAIN….
