…and it was much more rigorous than I anticipated.  Probably much more rigorous than I was actually capable of doing.  However–I soldiered on, as it were, and spent the entire morning practicing two person take downs and Small Child Restraints.  My knees are whacked and I’ve just hauled myself out of a hot bath.  But I passed.  In no small measure, I’m sure, because I entertained the judges.  Not on purpose.  What is it about me that people are always going “Jaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnneeeeee”?
