What is amazing about this show is how some of the players have changed over the years. 

Like Chicken George, who now has strawberry blonde hair.  I remember on BB1 that he went through a spate of hair dying experiments, generated by that nutsy girl (whose name I’ve forgotten) who always had multi-colored hair.  He still irks me beyond words.  There is something so incredibly smarmy about him.  He is having a hard time accomodating himself to the over-the-top Big Brother 7 house.  After all, in his day, the furniture was from Ikea, and they called him Chicken George because he bonded with the live chickens pecking in the backyard.  I think they were the producer’s attempt to install a Survivor vibe.  Which didn’t really work.  So they brought in a new producer.

And Mike Boogie who is somewhat larger than in BB2.   He parlayed his 15 minutes and owns a couple of upscale, uptown places in LA mentioned most often in US and In Style.  Clearly he’s enjoying his success…

Or Erika–there is something quite strange about her lips.  Definitely the top has been puffed.  But the bottom–the shape of it seems different.  Is it permanent?  Or will we see a deflation over the duration of the game?

But the most mystifying alteration is Allison.  I barely recognize her and I keep trying to figure out what she’s had done.  Here’s what I think:  nose job, chin implant and maybe a brow lift.  And teeth–she’s definitely had major cosmetic dentistry done.  Her face looks longer, her eyes rounder, her teeth bigger.  I’m not sure if it’s an improvement…yet.  I’ll have to wait till I get used to it all.
