At approximately 12:40, my phone call to MCI was finally answered. By Alicia….of Argentina. She was quite professional and her accent was not as bad as it might have been. In fact, Alicia of Argentina is the ONLY good thing about MCI. I am quite pleased to no longer be a customer. Amen…..
