A week ago today, we were on the road from LA to Sa. We got in late at night, and stayed with the Brock’s. Monday was spent mostly in a stress-filled effort to wrest the cash necessary to have our furniture unloaded. Thank you, B of A Elk Grovr, who couldn’thave been more gracious.The movers pulled away about 8 pm or so…and we have been unpacking ever since. We have no computer hookup yet, but I have been mastering the finer points of my new Blackberry and can now do all manner of neat things with it…including posting to LJ!!!

    Good luck with the unpacking. We’ve been here for two years and there are still some boxes in the basement we haven’t gotten to. Should probably just throw them out. Except that the packrat I’m married to would freak out at the very thought.

    And aren’t you talented with your Blackberry! Good for you!
