Hold onto your lapels, guys–we’re going to be wearing Vote for Gore buttons again.  I realized this about three weeks ago when two major magazines put him on their covers:  Vanity Fair and Wired.  These are, especially the former, heavy hitters, particularly with the educated male demographic.  I only bruited my prediction around the house then.  But Saturday night, I watched The Chris Matthews show and one of their major topics was Al Gore and his new popularity.  The general opinion was that he could, maybe, possibly win against Hillary and could, maybe, possibly win against McCain.  If, if, if, he can stay true and continue to show his “real self” and forget about the handlers, etc. etc. etc.  I’m starting to get interested again….
