just saw it, and loved it.  It was a LOL all the way through.  I read a review somewhere that people who are PHC fans will be enchanted and people who aren’t won’t know what the hell is happening.  That’s probably true, and since I’m a PHC fan, I was enchanted.  Which is not to say that it’s a perfect film.  It drags in parts, and the Lily/Meryl bits are a trifle self-indulgant.  Lindsay/Lola is underdeveloped–as in ‘what’s the point?’ And I can’t quite figure out what the last scene in the diner was about–but the Angel and Guy Noir and GK and Dusty and Lefty are priceless.  I wish I could remember all of the jokes in Dusty and Lefty’s last Bad Song.  The only one that stuck was about the elephant who saw a naked man and said “that’s cute, but do you really breathe through that thing?”  Tadadadadada……………!
