“Halves”
by Kristine Scholz of A Shelter From The Storm
What We See In The Mirror and How We Feel About It
The work that we do and that we wish we did
Our emotional, spiritual, and intellectual selves
Mates, children, parents, siblings, friends
What we think about what’s happening outside our door
Barbara and Joanna…thank you so much for commenting on my poem! I love to write and blog quite regularly, but poetry is especially close to my heart. That’s where the REAL emotion lies in me, and I am always so grateful when someone enjoys it.
Well said! I’ve felt like that before too.
Thank you,
jj
I love this!
